     TriYoga Outreach


TriYoga Outreach offers yoga classes throughout the New Orleans

Metropolitan area.


Classes are taught at Elmwood Fitness Center by a certified diverse staff

teaching everything from Basics to Level 2 classes morning and evening.


TriYoga is also taught at Luthern Church in Kenner with Rachel,

St. Martins School, Hilton Downtown, and Ascention Fitness in Metairie

with Karen, Delgado Community College with Laura, Manhattan Athletic Club with Barbara on the Westbank and soon with Jennifer

at the HollyGrove Market.  We also do many free classes around the city

and in the local parks. If you would like a teacher for your community

please email or give us a call.
